And if there are enough boats, but naval siege is a little more troublesome, both times we tried to host naval siege events the server crashed completely

Also, there's the problem of it being too hard for attackers if the defenders are good at artillery, we sort of end up with the same problem there was on the D-Day map. But, we'll have to see how it pans out.
