You could only be ranked via the forums, so in this case, if you are example a sgt on the forums, your rank is sgt, lt.col, a lt.col, etc etc.

Would you think it is fun or wierd?

That would be kind of bad, capability to be a Sgt or any rank should not be based on activity, and people that are very active on the forums should not be high ranking just because of it. Also, it is really easy to get at the very least Corporal.

Not everyone is in a regiment you know, and not all regiments have ranks. Interesting idea, but you would get promotions by spamming.

What would NW be like if:

we brought over the entire community from BG2 from a few years ago into this one? Would the community be more shit?
