Bigger Editing Boxes

I was editing this big thread I've been making, and I've just been wondering is there a way to increasing the editing box size as it is very small and if not could it be implemented that you can increase the editing box size or a popout? Thanks

Take your mouse

move it to the bottom right of the editing box

click the left mouse button and hold it

move your mouse down

success.

I do that but it just slips and highlights everything
