Nature of their offense: Delaying, Intentional Teamkilling
Time and date of their offense: 12/15/14 2:30 AM PDT
If needed, what your relationship was to the offense in question: Had intentionally TK'd a person on a previous map then had tried to shoot into melee and killed me for his third TK.
