Unban Request

I was perma-banned on US1 because I kicked a few people off a bridge into the water and it showed up as a head shot, so they though I was randomly tking and stuff. I did not know that is a bannable offense, because people have done it to me, and I have seen other people do it and they have not been banned. So I ask I be un banned, I am from U.S. East Coast time NW_Official_US_1. My name in game is 3y_Gren_Col_Sebastian_Hische this took place on Thursday December 20th, 2012 I think it was around 7:00 PM, not sure though.

I was there and watched you do it round after round.  You were slayed more than once for teamkilling people(yes purposely kicking teammates off a bridge to their death counts) and was even kicked for too many teamkills.  You came back in afterwards and still continued doing it.  You were given plenty of chances to stop and you didn't.  I hope you remain banned for a while.

Remember two things: 1) Kicking people off bridges is equivalent to TWing/TKing, which is against the rules, and 2) Ignorantia juris non exusat: ignorance of the rules does not excuse. You should know that teamwounding and teamkilling is against server rules.

Yet to admin told me to stop doing it, they just slayed me. Usually admins must say to stop, yet I got no warning.

Admins do not have to warn you if you continually do it. If they witness a tk that was purposely done, then you are automatically slayed, no warning. As Savs said, "Ignorantia juris non exusat". What makes it right to tk? Nothing at all, let the admins handle people who cannot control themselves. If one isn't there, just take pictures and put in a ban request if needed.

Ok, I wont do it again then. That is the only time I guess you would call ''tk'' and being perma banned for me as I have never done anything like that nor have I been banned before seems a little harsh. Could I be unbanned please?
