So, I'm not a huge chef myself, but I do love deserts, and I've got a couple of easy and awesome recipes for people to take a look at, and maybe other people also have some.

Perfect for students; quick, easy, little to no effort, and great to impress the chicas!
Spoiler
Ingredients:
• 4 tablespoons flour (self raising)
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 3 tablespoons oil (sunflower)
• Vanilla extract
• Optional: effort

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together (order doesn’t matter).
2. Put into cups/bowls etc.
3. Cook for 3 minutes in a microwave at 1 kilowatt.

Yesterday I combined a girl's two favorite candies--chocolate and pop rocks--into a chocolate candy bar with pop rocks covering the top. It was harder than it may seem. I had to melt down chocolate, spread it out, cover it in the pop rocks when it was just cool enough to not pop them but still stick to them, and then freeze it before trimming it down again to a rectangle. Apparently she enjoyed it.

Yeah, microwave chocolate cake or something, I dunno :P I mean the consistency is more like a cake than anything else, so yeah.

Right, got another one here, this time for brownies which are almost impossible to mess up and taste delicious ;D
I've put ingredients in cups as well as real units so our American friends can enjoy ;)
The original recipe was in cups, but I converted it for my own use.

Spoiler
Ingredients:
•   Vegetable oil (sunflower)
•   150g (10 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
•   200g (1 1/4 cups) sugar
•   ~85g/250mL (3/4 cup) natural unsweetened cocoa powder (Might be easier to use volume instead)
•   1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•   2 large eggs, chilled
•   ~130g (1/3 cup) + 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
•   100g (1 cup) walnut pieces - optional

Instructions:
1.   Preheat oven to 165°C (325°F)
2.   Position rack in bottom third of oven
3.   Line 8 x 8 x 2-inch metal baking pan with foil, pressing foil firmly against pan sides and leaving an overhang.
4.   Coat foil with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
5.   Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking until butter stops foaming and browned bits form at bottom of pan, stirring often; about 5 minutes.
6.   Remove from heat. Immediately add sugar, cocoa, 2 teaspoons water, vanilla extract.
7.   Stir to blend.
8.   Let cool 5 minutes (mixture should still be hot).
9.   Add eggs to mixture 1 at a time, beating vigorously to blend after each addition.
10.   When mixture looks thick and shiny, add flour and stir until blended.
11.   Beat vigorously 60 strokes.
12.   (Stir in nuts.)
13.   Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
14.   Bake brownies until toothpick inserted into centre comes out almost clean; about 20 minutes.
15.   Cool in pan on rack.
16.   Using foil overhang, lift brownies from pan. Cut into 4 strips. Cut each strip crosswise into 4 brownies.

I kept a recipe for Vodka Cupcakes that I found a long time ago in a book or a site, I forget.
I usually will copy and paste recipes and keep them in a document on my desktop, this is one of them.

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
4 eggs
1/2 cup cake vodka
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with baking cups.

2. In a large bowl, combine butter and eggs. (It will look clumpy and runny.) Stir in vodka and vanilla extract.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

4. Fill baking cups 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before frosting.

Option: Brush the tops of the cupcakes with more vodka!

Whipped Cream Vodka Buttercream

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp whipped cream vodka

1. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add vodka, one tablespoon at a time. (Add more or less depending on your desired consistency.)
