No, because since the server is running on its own module folder, and all players run the game from THEIR module folder, the map will always be visible. :p
BUT I actually figured out what to do instead, I just copied a random_plain scene props-file, and re-named it to the map that caused the bug (Rebel Village, called "mp_champs_elysees" in the maps list).
So now whenever the server changes to that map, it will just be a random plain. Problem solved. :p
