The Mess Hall / Festung Breslau Event

As I am making a mod for this glorious WW2 mod and it is nearing its completion some friends and I have decided to start hosting events. My mod for this will add the US faction, weapons, and cloths (UK may be added later). The event will be hosted on Wednesday at 8pm est. Sign ups begin at 7:30pm est.

Foreign Intervention / The Artardians

Like the McGrangus Legion The Artardians are comprised of the "most" disciplined and the most skilled players of NaS. this regiment is lead by Captain Artard and it consists of members of the DA. Has 5 permanent members and the rest are people that need a reg for the day. It is basically a reg of mercs. (claimed for captain artard, just waiting for him to get on and claim it).

Modifications / I know I know, not a mod for NW but HELP NEEDED

I am working on a WW2 mod and I need someones help making some US army uniforms, helmets, and an M1 Grand model / skin.  That is all that is truly needed; however, if someone wanted to make a British Commando (uniform / hat / boots) and then maybe a famous gun they may have used. We haven't decided if we are going to add the war in the pacific yet or not. If someone would also like to make a US 101st Airborn uniform as well it would also be greatly appreciated.

With all of the constant hype about cannons and rifles many of those mods based on Native are forgotten, especially here where there is no mod section for native. The Tale World forums are suppose to manage the native mods but the people are less pleasant then the gunslingers of the FSE, and the forums there are less organized and less appealing to the eye. So I will be making a list of mods all NW players should at least take a look at that are based on the Native mount and blade. (leave mods you like with a link to their download!!)

About 650 years have passed since Calradia was united and the hero of Calradia has passed away, well that unification didn't last very long and it broke down back to the original pieces.

Festung Breslau Expanded Fronts
This mod is an expansion to the old 2012 mod called Festung Breslau. Originally based on the eastern front of WW2 with Poland, Germany and Russia the mod has been expanded and placed at a later date. The US has joined the war and Poland has left. Besides the US another faction has entered thus replacing the polish partisans. The Escaped POWs containing polish, French, English and American soldiers can be used as their own faction. The german AI has also been replaced by zombies. This is a multiplayer mod. Enjoy the deadly weapons, cool animations, nicely made models, and most importantly, DRIVE TANKS. You can operate tanks by having one player drive and another shoot. YOu can opperate AA flak guns and even mounted MG42. Burn the enemy out of their bunkers with flame throwers or protect your's with Bouncing betty landmines. Anything is possible in this new and improved version of the old Festung Breslau originally made by Mat Beserker.

Modifications / Need help.

Ok, I am aware tale worlds is the place for this thread but as no one ever gives me useful instruction there I am asking here. I want to add a new weapon to as an option in multiplayer however it is not in the troops file (like NW) and I need help. I do not know where to go to change a multiplayer unit's weapon / gear options.

Hey. the mod has been put on the Steam Workshop!!! It is a more complicated download then a normal exe. but it does have some improved textures. By downloading it from the workshop it may work for those that cant download NaS from another source. THE STEAM VERSION AND THE OTHER VERSION ARE COMPATIBLE . The only difference between the two are a few colors and the download location.

The 43rd Battalion, Virginia Cavalry, also known as Mosby's Rangers, Mosby's Raiders, or Mosby's Men, was a battalion of partisan cavalry in the Confederate army during the American Civil War. Noted for their lightning strikes on Union targets and their ability to consistently elude pursuit, the Rangers disrupted Union communications and supply lines.

The 43rd Battalion was formed on June 10, 1863, at Rector's Cross Roads, near Rectortown, Virginia, when John S. Mosby formed Company A of the battalion. Mosby was acting under the authority of General Robert E. Lee, who had granted him permission to raise a company in January 1863 under the Partisan Ranger Act of 1862, in which the Confederate Congress authorized the formation of such units. By the summer of 1864, Mosby's battalion had grown to six cavalry companies and one artillery company, comprising about 400 men. After February 1864, the Confederate Congress revoked the authority of all partisan units, except for two, one of which was the 43rd Battalion. The battalion never formally surrendered, but was disbanded on April 21, 1865, after Lee surrendered the Army of Northern Virginia at Appomattox Court House to Ulysses S. Grant, but not before attempting to negotiate surrender with Major General Winfield S. Hancock in Winchester, Virginia.

1st Delaware Wednesday Random NaS Scenario Event

Description
This is is a special weekly event that will change almost every week. Each week it will consist of a special game mod or map types. The next weeks event type will be announced here on the fse thread prior to the Wednesday event. There will be special rules / sign ups for certain events so read the thread carefully. The event will be hosted on the 1stDE_Madness server ever Wednesday. The server only holds 100 people so these events will be very fun, but not super large so sign up quick.


The 1st Delaware Regiment proudly presents: The 1st Delaware Wednesday Random NaS Scenario Event.

This event shall be hosted every Wednesday at 8pm EST (1:00am GMT).

Sign ups shall be made on this forum, with confirmation of final attendance on Steam.
The event details will be given, to those who apply on the thread, or on Teamspeak at 8:00pm EST.

Fort Hohenfels

I sent the time to fix up and replace EVERY wall that was broken from the switch between NW and NaS, so that people can now play this great NW map again. I did make a few changes to help counteract the new combat of NaS (more accurate guns and faster melee). I literally had to build the fort from scratch so it is not 100% exact to NW but it is sure pretty close.

Little Round Top

Ok, well I wanted to make a cooler little round top map (for siege) so I did, and then I was told that sappers were not smart enough to build defenses so I had to build them for them and also give the defense cannons (attackers don't have cannons) because it was too hard to defend. It is actually an even map between the two teams and is really fun. Also the AI mesh is pretty good if you want it for Humans Vs bots.

This map replaces fort boyd, so if you want to keep fort boyd, rename the map to the map you want to replace and put the scene code in for the map you want to replace

Union / 1st Delaware Veteran Regiment

The 1st Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry was a United States volunteer infantry regiment raised for Union Army service in the American Civil War. Part of the II Corps it served in the Eastern Theater of the American Civil War.
90-Day Volunteers
When the Civil War began in April 1861, there were only about 16,000 men in the U.S. Army, and many Southern soldiers and officers were already resigning and joining the new Confederate States Army. With this drastic shortage of men in the army, President Abraham Lincoln called on the states to raise a force of 75,000 volunteers for three months to put down the insurrection in the South. Accordingly, the 1st Delaware was raised at Wilmington, Delaware on May 22, 1861 and mustered into Federal service on May 28. The regiment comprised 37 officers and 742 enlisted men under the command of Colonel Henry H. Lockwood.

3-Years Volunteers
On July 22, 1861, the United States Congress authorized a volunteer army of 500,000 men. When in August the enlistment term for the regiment ended a new 1st Regiment was raised for a term of three years at Wilmington, Delaware between September 10 and October 19, 1861. This time the regiment had 37 officers and 846 enlisted men under the command of Colonel John W. Andrews.

Veteran Volunteers
On July 1, 1864 the 3 years enlistment would have ended and the regiment would be mustered out. Instead in July 1863 the men, still having nine months[clarification needed] of their enlistment left, got the chance to reenlist for another 3 years from now on. On December 19, 1863, three quarters of the regiment reenlisted. The 1st Delaware was upgraded to veteran status as 1st Delaware Veteran Volunteer Infantry Regiment. The 1st Delaware claimed to be first regiment in the Union to receive the coveted veteran status.
In April 1864 the 1st Delaware absorbed the remnants of the 2nd Delaware Infantry, a number of recruits and veterans with two complete companies.

Independent Artillery Company
Nield's Independent Company, Light Artillery (officially known as the 1st Delaware Light Artillery) Was a light artillery battery that served in the Union army in the American Civil War. The company was created at Wilmington Delaware in August 30, 1862. The company was quickly sent to Washington DC attached to Camp Barry as a Defense for Washington. The company served in the Defense of Washington from September 1862 to February 1863 which then it was connected to the 22nd Army Corps until April 1863. The company then became an unattached artillery unit serving with the 7th Army Corps in the Battles in Virginia until June 1863. Between June and July of 1863 the company took on providing support for the 1st Division however after June the company was reattached to Camp Barry and the 22nd Army Corps to August 1863. The Company saw its last days in the eastern theater during this time because in in August the Company began to be transferred to the Eastern Theater. The Company finished being transferred to the Eastern theater in February 1864. Soon after being moved to the eastern theater the company was moved to take part in the Defense of New Orleans until July 1864. The Company remained under the department of the Gulf attached to the 1st Division artillery until August 1864 where it was moved to be attached to the 3rd Division and the 19th Army Corps. until November 1864. The company was again maid an unattached battery and placed in the reserve corps in the Military Division West Mississippi until December 1864. The Company was then attached to the 2nd Division, 7th Army Corps under the Dpt. of Arkansas until June 1865. The Company was mustered out June 23 and the company was discharged July 5, 1865.

The 1st Delaware Veteran Regiment was formed January 2016 but the regiment itself has been around for 1 year starting out on the Confederacy as the 11th Mississippi. When the original Colonel TheDoctor went abroad for a month for school the second in command (Cago) changed the name us to Union and took the name 13th Vermont. We fought as the 13th VT up until TheDoctors return which due to schooling Cago remained in charge but the name was changed to the 1st Delaware. The 1st Delaware with TheDoctor's charisma grew fast and strong as three companies of 15 men arose. This lasted for around 2 months until Cago left and still due to school TheDoctor was unable to take full command. This resulted in the Commission of Jester. Shortly into his career Somone from Levy's army of the ANV offered him brig gen if our regiment left the DA. A civil war emerged in the regiment resulting in TheDoctor's Company remaining in the DA and the rest leaving together or forming their own regiments. The ANV became the AOS and then the AOS died resulting in all of the 1stDE deserters to return to the DA but as separate and very small regiments. When the 1stDE finally stabilized with Mageus as the new Colonel (TheDoctor still second), we were placed in the Eastern Iron Brigade of the DA and TheDoctor was made General's staff. Our regiment, due to its rapid decrease in size, became all arty and is now the EIB (eastern Irish brigades) only artillery battery.
