The Deluge is an extremely well-made mod, so I hope you get plenty of attendees. If I can get enough people I may sign up.

Who is going to pay for the space wall when we build it?

Was the best anti-lancer defense.

The early NW melee was atrocious, I never understood why people think the so-fast-it-sometimes-breaks-the-animation up attack was a gilded age of melee.

It's all moot, obviously, because Mount&Musket had the best melee.

I can never get into WoR, the gameplay is kind of annoying (sure, I'll take the "it's an alpha" excuse) but most of all I can't stand how overbearing the Devs and Community are. If you don't stringently conform to 1) being a Company and not a Regiment and 2) only being a unit in the Maryland campaign you get absolutely lambasted on all sides.

Sad, because had the devs just fixed one the game's essential primary mechanics it probably would have done pretty well, despite being aimed at a rather small and niche audience of gamers.

The melee is atrocious, but I think the true disappointment is the game's maximum player count. When the Warband mod MM became the DLC we know as NW, the max player count went from 250 to 220, and then to 200*. A loss of 50 potential players in linebattles could be several more moderate-sized regiments you could fit in an event. Holdfast's player count is even lower, thus even fewer regiments can be fitted in a single event.

*You still technically could go into the server file and hack it back to 250, but no event has

It's the Holdfast devs using all their computers to make shill accounts.

I'm not sure they are anywhere. What people are supposed to do and what they actually do is often divergent.

Okay, I understand you probably think you weren't succesfully targeted by a political organisation, because people tend to think those effects only work on other people, but I can assure you, you were.
Oh yeah you know better than me of course. I was only influenced by a few teachers who were not part of any political organisations.

Teachers are often extremely politically active. I wish I could be in this mystical realm of non-partisan teachers.

Because it's the only way the incompetent, bloated, and corrupt union steel jobs can hope to compete globally. You do it to get those votes. Democracy isn't enacting sound policy, it's enacting whatever placates the mob to where they reelect you.
I mean I know its for the votes, but economically speaking it just a loss.

But sadly, none of that really matters. The public doesn't care about what is good for the longevity of the nation and their future children, they care about their gratification now. It's why the U.S. debt will never be reigned in, anyone who tries to cut here or there gets voted out; it's much easier for the public to accept that they're ruining their kid's future than to take on temporary hardships themselves.

It's probably highly regional, I'm sure in some dialects Israelite is common. As for my region, reflecting on old historical documents, they pretty consistently use 'Hebrew' instead of Israelite or Jew.

Extremely late reply but no, I am not very familiar with the EU Arma communities unfortunately.
