Yes. If you make the Legends Stage, you skip the minor process and join the Challenger stage. If you make play offs (champions stage) then you go straight to the Legends Stage.

Make British man Cpt, then he makes the team disband. 300IQ plays @Scandinavia
Make Norwegian man Cpt, doesn't read the format of the tournament and leaves. 300IQ plays @Zappy

I mean, throughout 2017 and 18 my only ideas were to ban everyone tbh smh my head

No.

I have a better idea in mind.

Makes sense only if those groupfights are going to be 10v10 or something, so like mini RGL to not include that much people into it

But I like the idea anyway
I mean I was just thinking 10-25, so basically giving the freedom to regiments to play as many players as they please more or less.

The hardest part of being a host is naturally trying to please everyone so I think this is the best of both worlds.

Also what would you guys prefer for the EIC format next season? 4 Smaller groups or 2 large groups? Then into play offs.

Personally I am thinking 2 Large groups of 8 to make it more interesting. 4 from both to advance to play offs etc.

It probably won't be.

My Idea(s) for Season 3
What I was thinking, is doing the usual EIC, but with an additional "Masters Group". Where they can compete in a GF format alongside the league as regular.

So for example, this could include: 91st, 17th, KKA, 15th etc.

So, each of those regiments would play a 1v1 on a weekly basis as usual, then a GF every 2 weeks as part of this seperate group, for a prize at the end of the season.

Also for the main part of EIC, personally I am thinking 2 Large groups of 8 to make it more interesting. 4 from both to advance to play offs etc.

Instead of the 4 groups of 4 like last time. Also more flexible in case we can't fill the spots.

What would you guys think of that? ^

I was originally looking at doing EIC but a GF edition, but the issue is the skill gaps between the top few regiments is just way too much at the moment. I don't think it would be that enjoyable for 95% of the players.

Its not exactly a secret that EIC will be hosting another tournament soon. Especially since NWL is probably dead permanently and RGL really didn't go well.

Just keep an eye out on the threads :)

https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/accessories-and-monitors/monitors/gaming/Lenovo-Legion-Y27gq-Monitor/p/DD116LPY27G

Finally a 240hz 1440p monitor.

Pros:
- 240hz
- 1440p
- HDR
- G Sync V2 (compatible with HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 FINALLY)
- 0.5ms Response Time
- TN So no backlight bleed issues

Cons:
- $1000 for a TN Panel
- G Sync V2 (Module rumored to cost $500 on its own), could have been FreeSync or just have none at all.

Thread looks pretty dope, best of luck with the regiment MarxeiL. Earning a second place at your first tournament is not the worst of the omen for the regiment ;)
Thanks for kind words Tarde, you literally can't imagine how much that second place mean for us and for 17th JR new-old tag especially  ;D
Second RGT for 17th JR and one more time an great result, the first one was back to days when CCCP squad with Mandar1Nch1k were around, at that time we took 3rd place by almost beating 17e in Semis throwing it from 6-4 to 6-7 :/ I think that was 5th or 6th edition.
I remember that, 6th edition.

I knew everyone would want to see more from RGT so how could we not host another!

Glad everyone enjoyed. Except for Fwuffy..he hates my servers
