Banned from - NW NA Official 1
Timezone - Pacific British Columbia
Time and Date - Not sure, I believe last year.
Reason for Ban - I believe the reason was I tk'd someone by accident and then left. It was not on purpose and I really can't remember, but I think that's the reason I was banned.
User ID - I don't know how to check.
Name - Beanslegend   Steam Profile name is Beanslegend as well.

Thanks, I haven't played in forever and would appreciate the unban. Everyone remembers how honorable I was when the game first came out.

I said I was sorry immediately... I didn't tk on purpose, I was going for someone else and he got in the way... TK's happens on a regular basis by people, and it was clearly accidental.   There was mention of squabbling? Look back 3 months I haven't said a word to Koopa because of his trollish nature, I would love to see one word shared between us that I said in an innappropriate manner? This was one TK, I said sorry, and the fact I'm being reported for it, goes to show the trollish nature of this individual. Other then mentioning the name Roman Polanski the other day for giggles, I haven't been warned, or kicked for at least 6 months.

I might say things to promote myself, and tell someone they suck, but I don't go overboard and say suck a giant cock, or fuck you ho, or anything in that realm which is done to me. Just because a troop of trolls doesn't like me they start shit all the time. Not my fault they use radically offensive language and I should defend myself?

Funny, the whole koopa troop was trolling this guy and others for hours.  I guess Koopa and his crew are untouchable according to every single admin. I dont know how many times he gets away with shit, other people do 1 tk and there banned. Biased much little guy? No word on my thread either the one that got locked, and I told you the date and time of hardcore trolling and tk. But I guess it's koopa, hes untouchable.

This case has been closed. Besides, I thought we asked you and Koopa to stay out of contact.

What - TK'd me and my horse on purpose, he had tk'd my horse a round before, apologized and I didn't think anything of it. But then did it again, and tk'd me after I called him on it, then trolled me. I don't know him, or recognize the name, didn't understand why? It was 108 guys on the server and no admins. Thanks

Fact is Koopa Tkd me today, continued doing so on purpose, called me very offensive language, as bad as any racial slur and continuously abused me, in which the admins will see. Everyone please let the admins do there job, let them read the logs, see the screenshots.  Thanks

Nature of Offense - Me and Koopa have a feud going back a couple months when we had a poltical conversation and disagreed, both of us said some politically incorrect comments and thus we dont like each other. Today and the last week in fact, he's been kicking me, slashing me and verbally abusing me and even my friends. He's also calling me unnacceptable words like retard which is as a racial slur on a different platform, and others, and I tell him to stop and he doesn't stop abusing. Here's some screenshots. I'm also guessing you'll find more innappropriate comments and actions by him, just take 10 minutes and read everything both me and him have said today, and facts are facts. Sorry for the long speech, but this player is ruining not only my experience, but three other players I know who he trolls consistently. Beans

Nature of offense - This person had been displaying trollish behavior and tk'ing horses and teammates for long periods of time. There was no admin around. In fact today he got temp banned by thunderstorm for tk'ing my horse purposely 3 rounds in a row.  But the main offense was yesterday May 31st, where he not only tk'd me but my teammates so many times, and just verbally trolled himself as the victim. Please look into this, this is now a two day thing where he won't stop.

I agree with Chuuch1.  JohnSmith and Darknight harass henricus and others on a daily basis. They usually just troll and tease, but I have seen intentional tk's, especially against henricus and others, including myself. Definitely hipocritical to report henricus, especially out of self defense of being tk'd.

Thus, and hence, Henricus is justified in his legal actions.
