I suggest you get more members, test them in time and then and only then choose your second in command

Recruiting isnt what it used to be sadly...

Don't really know what the whole "Uphold a Name" Business is about, i dont claim to be the old 2nd, i want to forge my own glory in battle with my own 2nd Regiment
