Where you from? (Most notable regs/what group you were apart of): 95th (Rgl), HAC (Adj), 44th (Cpl), Nr12 (OLt), 22e (SoD)
What games do you play now?: Uh, runescape, WoW to some extent, league of legends, rimworld
Any unit/regiment type infrastructure?: I liked lines and sieges but idk what the question means exactly
Are you coming back to the community when BCoF or Bannerlord comes out? (>implying): Lol no
What do you do in the real world (job/hobbies): I was like 14 when I started my NW life, I'm 28 now and I have a BA degree in commercial photography, a lot of the people I met here sucked but there were a few good eggs I miss talking to

just imagine being a recruit in the 5th and you're coming home from school looking forward to a fun casual LB and the moment you look at your Steam notifications you figure out you've been kicked out... You go over towards the steam page and see an essay written about how you're too shit to stay there and you just got fucked out.

If you want a genuinly good regiment just have both center and gren, then you'll see who's interested in comp play and who's not and the ones that are interested will keep on training to strive further, I guess most people that play nowadays were in a casual reg at one point and can relate to transitioning to a more serious type of playing focussed around groupfights.
You can't just dump a bunch of recruits on groupfighting or put people you think are semi-decent suddenly in an only groupfighting serious comp regiment, it won't work for most people and will just destroy the community you tried to build.

Just imagine being Kingsman in the 5th and then betraying the regiment.

Clearly, by the shit you pulled, you are unaware that you shouldn't be running a regiment?

In all my years of being in the NW community, I've never seen such a cancerous regiment in all my life. Who the fuck alienates their community, kicks people out just like that? Did you even have a community, or was it just your sweaty playground for using and manipulating all of your NCOs and rankers?

You should not be anywhere near leadership.
