Hey, I can make generalizations too. Swedes are just a bunch of cuckolds that only invite africans and middle-easterners into their countries because they can't stand being homogeneously white.
There's a good reason people moved to America from the European countries and another few good reasons we did everything in our power to keep out of European affairs. It's only been in the 20th Century that the US government decided it wanted to mirror its European cousins in becoming an Empire. Two world wars later and some more proxy wars during the Cold War and now we're here - a bastardization of what we were meant to be.
So what now? Our founding principles don't support our current system. Why should the American people be armed if we honestly do want an invasive government, paramilitary police, and mercenary armies? After all, the 2nd Amendment isn't about hunting. It's about effective self-protection and being able to effectively overthrow our government in the case it becomes tyrannical.
Add in the media doing everything in its power to split people apart for a good story and its no wonder why the country is in the state its in currently.
