if you watch footage of reporters in north korean streets, you'll see that every passer-by is borderline model tier. Which i cant say the same about south-korea or any other east-asian country, so that probably wasnt my inner weeb talking

The map is particularly bad for low-end pc’s I do agree, but that’s no excuse for holding the tournament up for an extra hour!

If there were 10-15 people on the server, and the card would have a maximum of 40 kilobytes, the result could be different.
