Duuring, you might find this interesting; apparently there's a group down here (or at least there was, they may be inactive, I dunno) that does a Dutch regiment from WWII.

My my, so dusty.

I'm all over the place. I mostly have the western "no accent" of American English just because I spent most of my childhood living near or in military bases. At the same time these bases were in VA or the Carolinas so I can get that bit of Carolina or Virginny Southern accent in my words here and there. However if I'm ever visiting family in Memphis, Tennessee I'll pick up the accent like I always had it.
Same here.

Apparently I'm (at least, by family name) related to a French baron who accompanied William the Conqueror at the Battle of Hastings, and then got land in Essex.

As for other Medieval relatives, I don't know. I'm sure I'm related to at least a few famous people. And that's not even bragging, just genetics.

Hm, give us a hint Duuring. Were you wearing a shako or some other kind of headgear?

Edit: Does anyone know where one can obtain a US WWII greatcoat?

The Scythians for instance, do have weak infantry. But with their horse archers you can easily cantabrian-circle-the-crap-out-of-them. If you play carefully. After wearing the enemy down you can then send in your infantry.

Though personally, I prefer the Seleucids. Pikes and cataphracts!
