Accuracy should be worse than in NW but not too realistic ratio because after all it is a game and there is always a border between being an arcade game and being a simulator game, there should be accuracy more than in real life so the matches don't drag out too long and people have fun shooting but not "as accurate" as NW being you can destroy a whole line in a matter of minutes just in shooting at a medium range which is a bit too much on the arcade side.
What we should be more worried though would be the NW style melee bomb rush, that bugs me quite a lot.

I'd like to comment on this, first of all, I'm sorry to break it to you, but yeah, it is the same regiment. Both 41st "Royal Welsh Invalids" and 41st "Welch" are the same regiment, now what is the difference? Quite simple, they differ in their nicknames, and by using some simple google we find out that:

"The regiment was raised by General Edmund Fielding in March 1719 out of independent companies of invalids and Chelsea out-pensioners - soldiers incapable of normal service through disease, age or injury. They were renamed the Royal Invalids in 1741, and in 1751, they were numbered the 41st Regiment of Foot. In 1782, when other regiments took county titles, they were denoted as the 41st (Royal Invalids) Regiment of Foot; in 1787 they ceased to comprise invalids and became a conventional line regiment, dropping the title. They finally received a territorial affiliation in 1831, becoming the 41st (Welch) Regiment of Foot."

After taking a look, we can easily see it is the same regiment, as the history confirms it.
Spark's 41st was apparently first I hear, and is active now, perhaps, might be wrong. But, as long as he claims it is up, he is entitled to the name, so you simply can't use the 41st name as long as you don't have his permission because it is in his ownership sort to speak.

What I would suggest, don't look at how you feel their regiment is going, if he has it up, it's up. I'd suggest either claiming the name if Spark allows it, rename if he declines giving ownership or meet in the middle and say, use different tags, but then again, it's up to you.

Regarding the situation in the 45th, I'd like to say and notify other regiments to keep in mind that we've only been around since May, so we are a pretty new regiment, we have a lot of members, yes, however, we lack in skill and drills, so I apologize for past and perhaps future accidents if we break a rule, it won't be on purpose, I as Colonel am working on improving this, so we have introduced a new training program, special trainings for recruits focusing on basic commands and understanding them, explaining rules, privates will be working on melee and so on. So we are trying the hardest we can to be the best we can. Now, about the whole Litovsky matter, I don't know many Colonels, my fault for not trying very hard, so I find it easy for them to just work on giving us a bad name, reason to this are their problems with Nico, I can't see where every member comes from. Apparently the whole "truce" was broken because a player named "Falsch" was "stolen" from Litovsky, I spoke to him and he told me he left to join us, he left, end of story.
We want to be in good relations with everyone in the community and I hope that having issues with a couple of people doesn't stop us from doing so.
Thank you for reading this message :)
