Centurio(Captain)Sergeant (Remember, a Centurio lead only a Century, which is considered a platoon by modern standards).
Optio(Lieutenant)Corporal.
Aquilifer(Ensign)Simple Standard Bearer/Sort of a corporal, but not quite.
Legate(Colonel)General.
Tribune(Lieutenant-Colonel)Colonel.
Anywho, good luck, Diplex. Seems you're already getting some good attention.
NOt Exactly. A Platoon is comprised of 26-64 men. A Centurio lead a Century, which was during this stage 60-80 men. A Captain during modern time leads a Company, comprised of 80-225 men. So therefore a Centurion would be more like a Captain than a lieutenant, and furthermore a sergeant.
And the others seem write going on with the Century.
Its good to see you did a little bit of research before charging in raging he was wrong.
But you are right with the Legatus, they were more a General. Diplex, what about using an Imperator instead?
