I think Alex was more making the point that we might disband as a result of losing a relatively large number of our members, and thus not being around anymore to compete in league 1. And yeah, I agree there really isn't such a thing as 'poaching' although hanging around on someone's TS to do it is a bit of a dick move, and I doubt Alex did that in the way you suggest. There's too many NW regiments and too few players to go around due to people quitting the game, so clearly a lot are going to disband. People are just annoyed that the 25th might disband again, as them reforming made other regiments disband in the first place.
