Hello,dear friends of digital nightlife!
This is the very first post of my entire life.
Let's make something good out of it:
As you can imagine,i am a new volunteer of the 5thFKI- the 5th Freikorps Infantry.
And my aim is to persuade YOU,dear unbound NW-player,to join our glory rooster as well.
For me,it was an easy decission because of friends and historic patriotism.
(I am living in the heartland of old prussias weapon industry and administration.)
Also,i see the Freikorps (in general) as the perfect choice for an audience interested in military history.
If you don't know about Lützows Freikorps history,let me try to inspire you by my poetic nature:
LÜTZOWS WILD AND DARING CHASE.
Our country,shadowdrowned.
No redemption,all around.
We know,the enemy is near.
Ban,from our hearts,the fear.
Give us honour,courage,steel.
We will cook a frenchlike meal.
Until the emperor Bonaparte,
fall to his knee and fall apart.
Fearless we march,covered by midnight.
Fearless we fight,within new days sunlight.
Those,and no others,are the ways,
of Lützows wild and daring chase.
So far from me,today.
