Technical Support / Game not working

For the past several days now my M&B:W and Napoleonic War game do not work anymore.  When I try to launch the game the launcher menu does not even come up at all.  When I opened up task manager/process (mb_warband) I could see that it is trying to open up but quickly crashes seconds later.  If anyone can help me resolve this problem I would very much appreciate it.
