Official Servers Bans & Unbans / NA_1 Unban request
« on: March 21, 2015, 08:25:24 am »
Banned M&B Account: Jacques
Steam ID:[U:1:90942440]
Time of ban: Around 8:50-9:00 Hawaiian Standard Time
Ban reason: Slurs
Did I break any other rules prior to the ban: I don't believe so, at the least I went a little close to the border of rule breaking but admins always tell me when I am.
Admin who banned me: Thunderstormer

Anyways, this is my first time being banned EVER from NA_1 and unfortunately it was a perm. Anyways, on with a question about my ban: I have seen many people banned because of slurs and they only got off with a temp ban, and I can't just understand why I was given such a harsh punishment for my first time.

(Admins who witnessed me do anything else against the rules which could have caused a greater punishment given to me within the past couple of hours or so, please post what I did on this topic)

So, lets go over what happened: I was playing the dust map on NA_1, preparing to clutch against Russia and I decided to make a funny remark about me and the last person on my team with me; "So all thats left is a kilo of cocaine (my teammate was called cocaine-something) and some |||||| (slur i said) named Jacques to clutch" Moments after I said that, one of the admins warned me not to say slurs and I replied "oh right", instantly realizing what I did, and then I was greeted with the "fsegames.eu/forums" of doom before I was permed. I say this with true honesty, I totally blanked out when I was typing and when I posted that comment. Obviously I'm sorry and I regret what I did and I would've never would've done this if I was thinking straight. I always try to stay out of trouble from any server but sometimes I goof around and occasionally I might take things too far, so far to when I get a ban.

Thank you admins/mods of NA_1 who are reading this appeal and bless all who are considering to abolish the ban.
