Official Servers Bans & Unbans / NA1 Unban Request

What was happening when you got banned - I was banned because of Teamwounding.
Time and date when the account was banned - Time: Not sure, around 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST, Date: 28/10/2014
Timezone - EST
User Identification Number - 900320
Why should you be unbanned? -
I'm new to Mount&Blade, specially to Napoleonic Wars. Usually when I spawn (This happens in NW_Official_NA1) I get kicked a lot, and some weird people will come and kill my horse and/or me. Sometimes I get scared being attacked so soon or I get mad at the team mate attacking me so I retaliate. The moment before I got banned some guy came and was wounding my horse and me, and I retaliated, there an admin called Thunderstorm forced killed us both and banned me without really a dialogue to see what happened. Please unban me so I can go on this great server and play with my friends.
P.S.: I regret team wounding, if I'm unban I swear I won't team wound again regardless of the circumstances
