Technical Support / Mount and Blade Warband Will not Start

Greetings. Okay so last night i was playing MnB When i had crashed.  I tried to restart it but when i clicked on the Icon it  would not load. It would give me a sighn that it would try to load but nothing would popo up.
I tried to Delete the Rgl_Config File but i dont have one 
I restarted my computer and reinstalled the game 3 times. I have no idea wut to do :l Please help
