Relationship was to the offense in question: Victim of teamkill/ friend of someone who was teamkilled.

After he got kicked for excessive teamkilling someon under the name of [1stasdfasdf came in and started teamkilling again. I assume it was the same guy due to the [1st being part of the name still as a lazy attempt of hiding his identity.

Name of the person causing trouble: [[IV]]1LH_Uffz_Jag
Nature of their offense: Team killing on purpose to achieve last kill. Stated later on after the teamkill that he only meant to teamkill his allies horse to get the last kill whom was afk at the time of the offense. In one of the screenshots you can see Jag states that Kersh would have beat him to the kill so he had to teamkill him to stop him.
Time and date of their offense; It was around 7:30 or 7:40 EST on 2/22/2016.
If needed, what your relationship was to the offense in question. I was a teammate of theirs who witnessed the teamkill. Unfortunately there were no admins on at the time of the offense to slay or ban for teamkilling.

What was happening when you got banned: Admin said no racial slurs. Someone said White Cracker and got perma banned. Someone then asked what did he say. I said he said cracker with a color in front of it. I never said white cracker in those words nor did I say any actual color before cracker just "He said cracker with a color in front of it". I should have screen shot it, I invite admins to look at the logs. Personally I dont think it was perm worthy but I guess I understand why. If I'm in the wrong I definitely will regress. It won't happen again...

Nature of their offense: I was teamkilled three times in a row just caught a screenshot on this guy. As you can see millander who is an admin was on but did nothing for the three teamkills but sit there.... sets a really bad standard for admins
Time and date of their offense: 4/28/13 at 2:45ish AM Easter Standard Time

Name of the person causing trouble: 41st_Irish_Brigade_Balls_Gen
Nature of their offense: Team Killed me for no reason on NA1, the guy rode past me on his first swinging at me I dodged the intitial attacks. However, he turned around and swung at me and hit me taking most of my health away. I said what the hell Irish_Brigade in chat as u can see then he got off his horse and killed me. I couldn't see it in the logs but I'm pretty sure he exited the server after killing me.
