Get twitch, Use OBS and make sure it saves past broadcasts then break it into highlights and upload it to youtube. Also, set push to speak button for OBS so it picks up speech, might have trouble otherwise.

Friday Line battle is now over! We had to play union for balance but we had an ok time, had some good melee and a couple of good shots.

Here's a picture of us with a captured Louisiana banner!(Yes, we did stop and pose in the open in the middle of a battle)

Not the point. If I see that the insignia I've been using for months has something exactly the same in structure, size, and the only difference being a small change in color, I would hold the right to assume that the similar insignia was copied from my own. I've had mine for much longer than yours, what's the problem if I want you to change it? Wouldn't it be extremely easy to?

 Saying "you need a patent" or "you need a trade mark" is just immature. Be a maturer person by accepting my very humble request.

EDIT: I shouldn't even have to say it, but I feel it is reasonable to. Telling me to change the insignia I have been using since mid-December is immature and unfair.

Not telling you to change anything. And the only reason i mentioned patent/copy right is because you said it's plagiarism, which it isn't since you do not own any rights. They may look similar but that doesn't give you the right to demand him to change his. Requesting him to do so is one thing, but it is up to him if he does so or not and that's final. As i said, it's just TS or forum insignias in the end so it's nothing major, they are just in that one thread.

Anyway, i'm bailing before i give in to this drama any further.

You don't OWN them, Someone in your group made them yes, but there is no rights to them since you probably haven't paid for a patent. If anything you should be flattered someone actually liked your design and was inspired by it and made something similar, if that is the case. Basic insignias can easily be found in different TS packages and therefore are public for ANYONE to edit. Though does it really matter, so what if they look similar in the end it's just sodding TS insignias.
