Technical Support / HDR option don't show up

It's simple as the title says, i have already gone into the files and changed the module to see if the HDR shows up, but without success.
This problem actually annoys me, since i don't see any clouds in the sky, most of the time the sky is full blue or white.
I tried to change to DX9 to see if the option shows, but nothing changed.
- It could be something to do with my PC specs.
