Nature of their offense: Several deliberate teamkillings and insults
Time and date of their offense: about half 12 gmt at night
If needed, what your relationship was to the offense in question.

I accidentally teamkilled him in a melee fight and apologised then next round:

then nearly an hour of him argueing deliberatley trying to troll

Still see a lack of admins on during the day on EU1, they seem to wake up in the evenings as one huge entity. Always nice to have 1 in your friends list though to pester to come on when people are rule breaking in the daytime. Also some big regiments like the 92nd and KKA seem to have alot of admins throughout their ranks, but they're even rarer to spot the on the server.

Same, never seen an admin take offence to his name while playing at the same time, I've also seen names far worse including the F and C words get away with it. Ass is pretty tame in comparision.
In America 'Ass' isn't even really a swear word as they use 'bum' for something totally different and yes an Ass is also an animal; which burgers are usually made out of!

Regiments: None currently although was in 92nd Gordon Highlanders.
About yourself: Old, work from home, started playing mount and blade games years ago, play NW now pretty much all my spare time to detox myself from world of warcraft :p
Why you would be a good admin: I play on EU1 quite often in the mornings when no admins are usually on which seems to be a regular time for people to break the rules and I would like to help more with making sure people enjoy playing than be hassled by trolls and miscreants. I consider myself to be humourous yet responsible and tolerant and abide by the rules.
Previous Experience (if any): None as far as NW servers are concerned however in the past I have helped to administer a roleplay server on San Andreas Multiplayer and been Guildmaster for two raid guilds on World of Warcraft; both experiences I had to help people understand the games better while upholding the rules.
