(1) I got permed by Kody for making a personal insult for which he did the same to me

(2) Another account got permed for no reason

Either an isolated incident or not, the Minisiege server seriously needs to discipline its staff. They clearly are not on the page when it comes to enforcing rules

Don't even bother unbanning me when making suggestions costs you a permban while admins allow trolling and other bigoted talk to go around in chat. Lol what a joke

I've been admin on it for a year now. Shows you can really read seeing I was mentioning what happens when I ban someone in earlier posts lol.

Explains why you are so defensive about all the hate towards your serv. Take this as an opportunity to improve your admining

First of all i have to put out there that HighLord is the head admin of Minisiege and would not like to be classed as a troll or abusing powers.

The 1st count there is aloud shit building, he would always follows all the rules and would never let his own Reg get away with such things. i think you should re read the rules that is under Allowed.  ------------------------> http://www.nwpublic.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=98

Count 3 there was no reason for you to start trolling or wasting bp just to get your point across, and then come here and start saying to got this and that.

Count 4 in that photo, where you have the SandBangs looks like the most stupid place to put them and is class as trolling, there where also a good reason on him destroying them because you are just trolling them.

Count 5 there is no question on a admin decision the admin is a admin becuase they have been trusted and know the rules, so in trying to tell a admin and the head admin that he is doing it wrong i would say it could be a perm banned. There is also a rule for admins in minisiege which is that they can choose on the person punishment and that can be from a perm banned, kick,slay or a temp banned that is up to the admin.

Due to the above 5 counts, I recommend 77y_Highlord be stripped of his admin position and that 77y_Cpl_TheQuickOne be issues a Temporary Ban for trolling after multiple warnings.

You do not tell us what we do to are admins and who where temp banned or perm banned this quote was not needed at all.

This kind of admin abuse and behavior cannot be allowed.

There was also no reason to post this here or have a say on how the community runs it's admins. This Community works really hard for it's people to keep the server from trolls and keep them following the rules. if you ask anyone who plays on these servers they would agree this community does do very hard work for you all.

I agree to most of what you said, although your comments on the counts of admin abuse are misinterpreted, Im just too sick to deal with badmins but ill make a few remarks

Ok so I just got unbanned and was able to join the serv. Idk why I was unbanned with all the shitty admins and map selection, but anyways:

here we go:

We were on teamspeak, all members at that cannon were 77y

Completely ignored my comment there. All were 77y. ok? so what? Doesnt explain why you used 100+ bp to completely barricade an arty near spawn where the defenders werent even interested in going.

Planks are disabled and it was a cav map not suited for inft so sappers job is to protect arty.

Granted, planks are disabled. Cav map means it IS suited for inf. I dont know how long you've been playing NW, but generally, Pikemen beat Cav, Cav beats Sword, and Sword can easily out maneuver Pike. Doesnt matter what the sapper's job is. I was a sapper at the time and was trying to weaken their defenses. Your sapper prevented me from doing that (wasted all the BP)

Ok lets be honest. Its true you have the right to do whatever you want if you are head admin/owners. I am one myself. But usually using that as an excuse to impose double standards and abuse admin commands says something about you and your server. Pretty clear to me.

1. I slayed you for team hitting me as you ran past, you said it was an accident i said sorry.
2. The defenses Aztir was building around charlies cannon where defending it from cavalry, there was nothing wrong with that,  Hitton is a small adopted child and we cant be responsible for what he says.
3. What you started doing next map was a Huge waste of build points. You decided to spam a huge amount, 120+ build points worth of sand bags down on the ground for no reason which i asked Quickone to remove, as he was doing in your picture.
4. You clearly don't understand what you did wrong so let me spell it out for you. You didnt listen to an admin, you started a fight with the admin, you lost fight due to being wrong, you continued fight, you lost fight.

I look forward to seeing the youtube video you are planning to upload, hopefully none of the stuff is missing from the video to paint the picture you want

Missed several details there. So let me spell them out for you

(0) There was no cavalry coming to spawn. The defenses also forbade the arty from quickly accessing the ammo. No one asked for the defenses either
(1) Given (1) is true, it doesnt explain why your sapper had to use 100+ bp. A few planks could have done the job. It was still Spam and most people acknowledged it. You overlooked it because you are playing favorites. Lol it is too obvious
(2) Given (1)  is TRUE, that still contradicts with what you said: "Shit building is allowed"
You said that. And I have the screenshot for it
(3) I was planning on making a sandbag staircase from the facade of the spawn building so people dont get clusterfucked on the stairs. I said this in chat too. Must have missed it eh?
(4) GIVEN (3) IS WRONG, you still said shit-building is allowed. So doublestandards there.
(5) I lost the fight? You permabanned me before you even answered my questions LOL. Thats because you knew I was right and had no solid defense, and opted out

A lot of those 84 hours where spent on minisiege. The chat just enjoys hating on the admins - bottom line. If I ban someone named BurnTheJews the chat will call me a racist because that's the way they work. Admins enforce rules when they see them broke, they're not your personal servant. I highly doubt you getting banned had an effect on anyone but you and your group members. Not that I would know? You're right I wouldn't, because everyone else seems to enjoy the server. 84 hours in 2 weeks... summer break... it exists. Doesn't require any balls to make a steam group, I don't have the same commitment like the guy who mad the Harambe group. He has 1000 more members than you, he must have massive balls amirite? Again if you think your as big as you act like then go make your own server, with maps, scripts and admins and have it get the amount of players minisiege gets. Or do you not have the balls? If having 2000 people in a group you call "subscribers" is as big of a deal as you make perhaps you may need to get a life.

Anyways I'm done here, let leave it open for anyone who needs to use this thread for something other than crying.

There is definitely a difference between a group that capitalizes on a popular meme versus a server community made of trusted members and friends. Obviously too dumb to see that difference.

If you are not part of the Minisiege administrative team, then you shouldnt have gotten involved in the first place. People need to see the administration for what it really is. Meanwhile, continue to suck their dicks and maybe they'll make you an admin yourself!!

Here you argue that "minisiege has a great administration"- but you have yet to substantiate your own claims? And what can you show me and others, in defense of Minisiege admins, that shows their stellar administration?

I'd like to argue that minisiege has a great administration, seeing you only have complaints on 1 of our multiple admins I don't see how you can make these claims. Our Maps are great and just because you don't like one or two doesn't mean shit. People will forever hate every map in mount and blade. You have 2000 members in the group... I don't see how you take that as being a massive accomplishment seeing a group called Harambe has more members than yours... Admin abuse it abusing permissions, not slaying a person at your request is not a form of abuse. We usually get over 100 everyday and are beating out competing servers like the 63e Siege NA despite being an EU server, so you're saying that "Minisiege is losing a lot of players" is coming out of your arse.

Please, continue to make things up in order to act like the "big man".

Obviously you have known Highlord for a while and are biased towards him. I dont appreciate the fact that you are completely neglecting to hear my side of the story here.
ANd because of this, I posted a link to my website and Steam group in the hopes of giving my complaint some legitimacy as many of these forums are plagued with little children and trolls that dont even know what they did wrong

But it seems you are stubborn enough to not look into that either.

To support my claims, do you even play on Minisiege regularly? I do- and that is only because it is the only available siege serv (and I like siege servs). The chat is plagued with complaints about how admins arent there to do their jobs when most of the griefing and trolling takes place, as well as how even with admins on, many are too busy playing themselves and some that do their job play favorites, like in the case of Highlord here.

Most of my subscribers that also played on Minisiege with me quit the serv for the same exact reason. Of course- not that you would know.

Offense: I do not know exactly. I disconnected to cook food for me and my GF, came back after dinner and found out I was banned. Im guessing its probably due to the chat spam, but honestly we were just having fun.
Why should you be unbanned? To be quite frank with you, cause I'm an avid player. Even considered applying for admin here now that the one i'm currently on is dead. Again the spamming wasnt intentional and you gotta admit that when you unfortunately get killed in the first few seconds of the game dead chat gets kind of boring. Im also an administrator of a NW serv and OWN AND OPERATE a serv myself, LINK: unturned-servers.net/server/43098/ (just to provide a bit of credibility)

Time/Date: Again IDK I was never told the exact reason, but Im guessing it happened around 5PM CST, 2016/1/17

Basically it was the chat spam, you logged onto three different character names repeating the same offense. The admin who handled your ban actually went out of their way to ban two of your names it seems, KIMCHI_WARRIOR_Sally and Dokudoku - though your regiment tag was left alone it seems.

Be sure to bump the thread on the 21st to be unbanned.

I would like to make a note about one of the current staff members- Magic. Several days ago, near the end of a round I was playing fun on the serv by spamming explosives. Now I found out soon after that this was not allowed and a simple rule reminder of a remark of such by Magic would have sufficed. However Magic proceeded to call me a "retard" and, when I made an effort to correct how calling someone as one is inappropriate, Magic  responded with "well do I sound like a politically correct bitch?". Both the "retard" calling, and the response are completely immature, insensitive and generally uncalled for. If one of my admins on my server made that remark I would have forced an administrative leave on that person immediately. I have a family member that is clinically diagnosed and unfortunately, she would be very disappointed to hear the condition being used in such an inappropriate scenario. I would like to request that other fellow admins review their decision to let Magic into your team.


pretty much similar in calibre to what Magic said to me.

I mean... no personal bad feelings towards Magic, but it makes him (Im assuming?) look really bad and makes others question the admin's position.

Magic is a head admin who handles approving and denying admin applications, as for that particular incident, we at BBG Botsurvival do apologize for his behavior and will have a chat with him about how he conducts interpersonal communications with the community.
