Suggestions & Bug Reports / Need help! Please!

Today,
The 107e and my regiment were playing a regimental commander battle (3v3), It was going fine, even though we were losing :p , BUT after 2 maps, we were having internet connection problems, and lagging; Some of our men were flying in the air (like the times when you lag), well right after we defeat the enemy, they accused us of using the cheat 'Ghost Mode,' and left the server with a fit. (Their men were flying too)  Is this a right accusation? For I swear on anything we were not cheating, but just lagging. AND I don't even know what 'Ghost Mode,' or 'Ghosting' is...
I was very offended by this so could someone help?

Information

Welcome to the "Bohemisches Feldartillerie-Regiment Nr.1" thread! We are a newly created regiment. We strive to be a clean, and disciplined regiment.  We love the game and would like to have the greatest fun as the regiment.  We are an artillery regiment of the line. We do NOT allow the acts of trolls, and any troll will be kicked from this regiment. We hope to start getting members and join line battles and other events! See you in battle!
