Why you should be admin: I go on GF a lot, making a transition from Groupfighting_Server to this server, as I think it's a much better Groupfighting server. I spend a lot of time Groupfighting, so attendance (and availability) will not be a problem. I often go on quite early in the morning so I can be on the lookout for trolls earlier on, when other admins are sleeping / away.

Why you would be a good admin: I've been playing this server since the first time i played it on mmrussia and now coming to NW's one year mark. I consider myself a happy, friendly and down to earth guy, always reading through the in game chat, and replying on what I think is necessary. I play Napoleonic Wars at least 6 hours a day, trying to enjoy this game, meet new players and reach the top of the scoreboard 8). Whenever I'm not studying, I sit on my computer doing whatever, mostly playing Mount and Blade. I get along with people very well, and give my input on things whenever I feel is necessary. Many people know me well and find me to be a friendly character on the server, always easy to talk to and have a good laugh on the server and be a helpful source whenever a question is asked.I understand that rules on the server are not absolute, but that there is a limit that they set, and the similar rules on the 33rd regiment server, not to mention my good own knowledge and understanding of Official rules, means that I have a good sense of what that limit is. I've been playing on Melee_Groupfighting_Server and joined the server where there is no admin on, and I strongly believe that i could fill a administrating role where is necessary in this server.
I am active on the FSE forums i look up at unban/ban request often so i know who are the rule breakers or the server and keep a good eye out for them. I will be a very active administrator I've got 1000+ hours on warband NW. I will basically be active between 1 pm GMT on wards on weekdays and basically free all the time on weekends if i'm not pre occupied.
Prior experience :I know the admin tools very well as I've been a admin of our regiment's server for the time I've been with the 33rd. I know the rules quite well and am able to pay close attention to events in-game. I want to help people have a good time playing this game, and that means keeping the peace. In my time administrating the 33rd Linebattle event, I've taken great care to get to the bottom of any conflicts between regiment, listen and investigate any problems and to keep an eye out for rule breakers so our regiment's event goes smoothly.
I also founded and become the one of two head admins our 33rd_NW_Siege server regularly and I'm not one of those head admins that hire other admins to admin the server for them, while the head admins just sit back and watch. I like to get involved with the administrative duties required to run a well maintained server.
My other administrative roles would be being an admin on the AZW_EU_Official_Battle and alternative_group fighting server.

Well since only two of our members have admin (and we were both asked to have it, not the other way around), and the fact that Primus trusts Nicos enough to let him update the thread shows that Nicos' +1 is worth something.

I have been on the server when there is no admin present and people have been trolling, which I could of course do nothing about but politely ask them to stop, which was to no avail. I wish to, when other admins aren't on, provide an enjoyable experience for people who are wishing to train on the server.
I was admin of the 4e Siege Server which at peak times occupied close to 200 players, and I would also be an admin during the trainings and some linebattles.

Rival/ Neo is a really good person and hasn't done anything wrong unlike you. First of all you impersonate Malakith on Eu1 then you start trolling on the forms by making multiple accounts and even when you know you are in the wrong you insist on carrying on.
Like Rival has said he has reasons for being inactive and you should not be bringing it up anyway. He has joined several regiment but he doesn't troll within there community. unlike you who i hear gets kicked out of every regiment you join...

This event was not long ago it only a couple of months ago. Why in hell would a legit server give you the admin password when you are so immature you impersonate legit members of the community. Why you should be Admin: heck I pretty much live on the server I have put god knows how many hours training on this server and I stay up very late into NA times when no admins are online and the server becomes a cluster f**k of trolls and shooting and this gives the server a bad name. all the admins are friendly and I aim to get better at melee meaning more time on your server.

Why you should be admin: I like this server a lot, its proving to be a refreshing alternative. I do my best to keep the peace during play but the sad fact is some people simply dont want to play by the rules. Moreover, I find a worrying trend regarding deliberate TKing is starting to emerge, and I'd like to be invested with the power to stop such bullshit right at the source, lest this GF server go to the dogs like ones before it have.
Previous Experience(If Any): I have no experience of administration. While I was not given the holy password in the end, during my time in the 84e I did what I could help the admins deliver justice on their ever-popular Siege server where required, so I've had plenty of time to watch the job being done. I've also held positions of responsibility in other communities.
