Every team must read the following rules as they are very important and EGS rules are different compared to normal tournaments.
We were kind of disappointed by seeing that even some captains didn't even read the rules. Please, read it all.

Roster Rules
- Rosters are capped at 10 people as you are aware.
- Players MUST sign up with their community names ONLY. No roleplay names allowed.
- Must also use community faces rather than randomized ones OR you face punishment (refer to EGS Rules)
- Transfer deadline is set at 5pm (17:00 GMT) the day before every tournament . After that, not a SINGLE change will be allowed.
[close]
General Rules
- Melee speed will be set on medium.
- The only class allowed is the line infantry.
- You aren't allowed to spawn if you are not playing.
- All matches will be ft5, apart from the  Round 2/Semi Finals and Bronze Match (ft7) and the Final (ft10).
- A good behaviour is expected. Insulting/toxicity will lead to 1 warning then a suspension from matches.
- Cheating once will result in a permanent ban of any future EGS tournaments.
- ID MUST be provided, if not, players with ID's missing won't be allowed to play. It can result in a temporary ban or even more.
[close]

Match Rules
- Once a match has been called, each team has ~5 minutes to get ready.
- If the first round is not started within ~5 minutes, the responsible team will be punished, as 1 round will be awarded to their opponents.

- After each round, each team has ~1 minutes before they must have typed 'r' again.
- If the next round is not started within ~1 minutes, the responsible team will be punished, as 1 round will be awarded to their opponents.

-The rules above are controlled by the referee - if the referee says ~5 or ~1 minutes is up, then the time is up.

-If there is clear delaying in a duel at the end of a round after 2 minutes then a warning to the fight will be given. If the player continues to delay or run from the duel then the admin can slay the player.

-In any case of a server crash/map change if it is to happen, then all current rounds WILL be VOIDED.

-tiebreaks will be; 1- wins vs tied opponents ; 2 - points

Introduction

Spoiler
Welcome back to league 2! In this tournament it will be a 6v6 format. The 6v6 format  will see some expanded rosters with a more diverse level of skill throughout and has made some stronger teams in the 5v5 much weaker. Now with seeding in place many wonder who will come out on top this sunday, Will we see goodfellas have another dominant run? or will one of the many underdogs in this tournament come through and take the first place?

Prediction

Spoiler
Coming into the 6v6 format I can comfortably say that good fellas are once again the favourites this Sunday. This team has it all, teamwork, dedication, skill and experience. Players such as Maximou, ruler, coco, lulu and Catastrophe will all be showing off their talents in the 6v6 this Sunday and will definitely upset the competition no matter who they face. with supportive and agressive player you can be sure this team is the one to watch as they make their way to the finals (edited)

Last time we saw Crappers, Nr59 and amigos come into the finals two Sundays ago and i belive this time with expanded rosters these teams will be much weaker. Some teams such as Gordon’s with players of the likes of Vixtro, Retamar, Epicpizza, and vegi all have the experience needed to take them close to the finals.
Crappers are sure to have another good run with amazing leadership and a roster filled with new, but shining talents and old veterans such as Valley, Krembit, Strawhead and xx15 you can be sure this team will make very little mistakes when it comes to taking picks, or clutching a round. Next I have to mention Noodle alliance. They choked their group stage matches whilst having many top NA players proving that the ping was too much, and the choke was strong, but I believe they will come this Sunday with new mentality and game and show many of the weaker teams that they are not to be underestimated with players such as Mikey, Yoshie and Cwater leading the charge. Next we have amigos with their Nr13 roster, much is to be desired here with many old German players with above average skill leaving very little in the way of a weak link in their roster with players such as Crazy and Chainsor whilst Nr59 comes once again with their German patience and excellent leading are sure to once again cause an upset this Sunday with players such as hydrax and maxifighter.

Teams such as DWC 45e and SubV, CCCP junior should also be able to get out the group stages and cause issues among the higher rated teams whilst other teams such as Elementals, 98e, Courer de bois and RG are likely to pass contest these times whilst other teams such as 2lr, PRY, RF and VIIe Corps. might struggle to leave the group stages.

Players to watch out for

Spoiler
Players who you should watch for potential MVP this sunday are Hydrax, Maximou, Lulu, Dayboul,Yoshie, Ralakesh and Chainsor they are all capable players who easily have the chance to carry and cause an upset against their enemies this sunday.

Congratulations to Crappers on winning convincingly! It’s nice to see completely different teams in the last 4 compared to last time which is hopefully the start of a very competitive and unpredictable league! Don’t be so harsh on media guys for trying to predict a hard to predict and ever changing power ranking structure in this league! Appreciate the effort and move on! See you all for the 7v7 in 2 weeks time!

I don't think there's many teams that can claim their worst and their best performances in the same tournament. After the group stage thrashings by elements and Gordon's we thought it was all over, but fortunately we pulled out some great performances in the knockouts. GGs to everyone

Review

Spoiler

The 6v6 for league 2 offered many surprises in both the group stages and knockouts all the way into the finals.

First lets start off with Crappers, a team which lost two matches in the group stages 1-5 to Gordons and a 5-0 to Elements, this only strengthened crappers resolve to do better in the next stages of the tournament. Coming third in their group they had the hardest path to the finals fighting PRY, Coureur de bois and finally Gordons in the semi finals. Gordons posed the largest threat to crappers after they beat them so decisively in the group stages, but managed to pull through and win with a comfortable 7-3 lead. In the finals we saw Crappers face off against Amigos, a team which has proven before they have what it takes to beat crappers as they did so in the bronze match of the 5v5, in this match we saw both Crappers and Amigos trade round after rounds until the 6-6 mark where Crappers seemed to gain an advantage and bring it home to 6-9, where Amigos then gained another round losing the last one to Crappers giving Crappers the win they deserve at 10-7. In this match we saw some amazing plays from Rikus who became the tournament MVP for this reason.

The second team to mention here is amigos. This team did amazing all tournament coming first in their group and making it all the way to the final stages, we saw them destroy the likes of RF and coming close with other teams such as CCCP junior and noodle alliance. Because of this it gave them a significant advantage in the knockouts facing elements to get to the semi-finals however Elements managed to pull many rounds on them ending it in a 7-5 win to amigos, in the semi-finals we saw amigos face off against DWC, DWC choked round after round against Amigos losing often an advantage, DWC managed to pull back some rounds but ultimately lost to the superior amigos. In the finals Amigos tried to pull home the gold medal but came short after Crappers pulled away at the 6-6 mark giving Crappers the win and gave Amigos second place.

Gordons, a team which has both a good leader and many experienced players had a good group stage beating many teams including Crappers which they lost too later, they came first of their group also giving them a good seed for later in the tournament. In the knockouts they faced CCCPjr who gave them a good competition but ultimately lost giving Gordons a 7-5 win. In the semi's we saw Gordons face Crappers and lose rather decisively losing 7-3 to Crappers pushing them down into the bronze match where they faced and beat DWC, DWC was ultimately demoralised after there close defeat at the hands of Amigos and ultimately along with the skill and leadership of Gordons allowed Gordons to bring home the bronze medal.

Next I want to mention DWC, a team which beat Good fellas in the knockouts, a team that was predicted to surely be in the finals considering their superior line-up. Here we saw the likes of Stoiki and Herp manage to pull round after round against Goodfellas allowing them to continue into the competition and send Goodfellas home without a podium placement.

Most Surprising Player Performances

Spoiler
Some players we saw play very well consist of Stoiki, Rikus, Herp, Pro100pro, Azur21 and DunkingKong who all did well in the group stages and knockout stages of the tournament.
