Title: CD Key Requesting Error

Whenever I wish to join a Multiplayer game it asks for a CD key. I have tried the regedit fix. Whenever I try and look for my CD key it just said 'Requesting key' and never finishes, that happenes with all my games with CD keys. I hope somebody here has a fix and thanks for reading.
