I believe it is possible to host a server using the "Host server" option in multi-player in the game but I haven't used it myself, prefer to use the dedicated server.

There are several people who host NW servers for a small fee, we currently use St3fan's servers. https://www.fsegames.eu/forum/index.php?topic=7611.0
