Title: 48e Regiment d'Infanterie de Ligne

The 48e Regiment d'Infanterie de Ligne originally formed around mid 2011 and was led by Colonel Ciaphas this was primarily an NA regiment but soon the 21e led by Davout merged into the 48e creating a EU company and Davout taking charge due to Ciaphas time constraints. For its first year the regiment preformed well and focused heavily on melee combat for success Not long into its second year Davout stepped down, again due to time constraints and Colonel Omega took over with Deathy and Chef de Batallion. From here the regiment expanded and at its peak had attendances of 40-50 players at NA events and 20-30 at EU events.  Around its peak time the regiment formed a corps called the IIIe along side the 38e Regiment d'Infanterie Suiss. Through this Corps the 48e and the 38e held weekly saturday events for the NA community which tended to have a good result for the most part. The 48e disbanded around early 2013 after a large portion of the EU company and the NA company joining the 38e.

After almost a year a few of the original members have decided to recreate the 48e and we are aiming to hopefully recreated the success we once had.

Ballsguy here from way before if you can remember me, gotta say i got really happy seeing this thread. I'll always remember old 48e as the regiment i got my ass beat so hard i went from playing with my keyboard to mouse :D

It's not wise to have more NCO ranks than CO and Enlisted

Sous Corporal equates to Lance Corporal so it's enlisted m8ie
