Welcome to the thread of the ~[FH]~ Server's  hosted by the  Eatjello. The server's is meant to be  just for those fast action peeps that like custom maps, tired of the excessive use of default maps.

Our server's are hosted in Dallas, Texas, We use Quantum Impulse Gaming server hosting!. This thread is still in work in progress, but I wanted to post it before it was finished so that people can start making unban requests and the like.

Rules

1. Respect all admins, not doing so could lead u to being banned for such actions
2. Do not wound or kill teammates intentionally. This includes revenge team kills, if someone team kills you purposefully, tell the admin, or screenshot the event or chat log and make a ban request if an admin is not present.
3. If u have a problem ask nicly and a admin will take care of your needs.
4. Only Forlorn Hope Members are allowed to recruit on this server.
5. No recruiting from any regiment that is not a member of the Forlorn Hope.
6. Do not spam chat.
7. Do not flame persons or regiments.

We now have a new server. The ~[FH]~ZOMBIE server.

With the popularity of the zombie mode for napoleonic wars, we decided to put up a server dedicated to it. To do so, we added some scripts that make the server not rely at all on admins to run this mode.

Features (from scripts) :

    Auto-switching of survivors when they get killed by zombies
    Zombies can only be partizani
    Zombies cannot shoot, pick up guns or ammo
    Zombies cannot shoot switch back to survivors
    Zombies run much faster
    Rounds end when all survivors are dead, players are all switched back to survivors
    Custom map rotation
In ~[FH]~Zombies news:
We added a bunch of features and balanced a couple of things, here's the changelog :

    Added an Alpha Zombie (line militia), stronger/faster/more resistant than normal zombies
    Normal zombies are now weaker at the start
    Zombies partially ignore the slowness caused by water
    Added bonuses:
        Zombies get more health by dying
        Zombies do more damage after each kill
        Survivors reload faster after each kill
    It is no longer possible to spam tnt. Only less than three tnt crates can be present on the map at any given time
    Zombies spawn more frequently with bottles


Feedback about the balance, gameplay or server in general would be greatly appreciated.

I Said When somone asked me when I was trashtakling my friend, Why I was being harsh, and I said that I was joking around, and that I would only be a dick to Admins who were no fun, and players I do not like, and then I got perma banned.

I ask that I be unbanned, I don't understand why I would be banned for such a comment, especially with no warning. I really like to go to this server with a couple of my friends and as for my brother, this is the only server he plays on and I don't think it would be good for anyone for a player like myself, a respectful and good natured player, to be permanently prohibited from joining the server. My brother never uses chat so anything I have done is my doing not his, he is a very new player, but greatly enjoys the game. I will abide by all the rules the FH puts up and will not comment in any way that can be taken to be a bannable offense. Thank you.

We deal with alot of rude ppl from random regiments that try to recruit on our server so we have a zero tolerance about the whole subject.

I was in a regiment which my men were being treated like dogs and I wanted to fight for there right to have a better gaming environment U might say I fight for good against evil. anything pass this P.M me if u wanna know more

I'm assuming you are talking about the event that was happening yesterday.
There will be another event today if you wish to join that one; add Eatjello on steam and ask for his teamspeak3 IP adress and you can merc for us.

Since you keep trying to avoid the numbers (for the 3rd time) I will post them yet again. Still waiting on that steam friend request since we are all crymins as you said before. Here is why officer classes are not allowed on the ~[FH]~ tdm. The officer sword is a naturally spammy weapon. When people use the officer sword they just spam all directions because they attack faster than the musket using troops. Since they do not have a speed nerf like the heavy cav which has a similar sword length they have a cheap advantage. Officer just get right up to a players face to the point their attacks do no damage. Officer class is a no skill troll class plain and simple, and here are the numbers to prove it. There are plenty of other swords to use in the game. Why is it that you want to use the one that is fastest and has the longest reach? You are welcome to add me for a tip or two on how to melee if you need help. Muddy

sapper    sword   72
French    sword   77
Russian   sword   63          Lengths
Jager      sword   60
Austrians sword  60
The heavy cav swords have a long reach but are balanced because the heavy cav soldiers moves like a tank.

Although the many features on your zombie server are cool the whole zombies may not shoot has several flaws, There are maps where the non zombies can go sapper and tower up to rooftops then people destroy the towers and zombies having to guns cannot kill them. I only 10 mins ago had this problem and it caused me to leave the server because zombies could not win. Not saying I hate the server or even dislike it just informing you of a problem that hopefully can be fixed.


Edit: Just realised that you can get banned for doing that :P In which case could you maybe look into getting more admins :D

actually we have limited the sappers alot and I can only think of 1 house atm today that need a ladder other then that the server is perfect the way it is, paper made the files so we don't need to baby sit the server i'd get more admin but I don't trust anyone out side my regiment. thanks for your input.

In ~[FH]~Zombies news:
We added a bunch of features and balanced a couple of things, here's the changelog :


Feedback about the balance, gameplay or server in general would be greatly appreciated.

A damn shame it comes to punishing all the BA for the screw ups of a few. I saw this after I was wondering why I got banned, but now it seems fairly reasonable.

since u are 89th your ban will be removed your leadership is not nearly as "bad"

I have to say that its utterly fantastic what you have done on your zombie server. It literally bends the physics of the game to were I thought not even possible. You can tell a lot of work and effort was put into it and I absolutely love playing on it.

I am requesting an unban for myself as my brother was trolling using the admins name and then coming back as a name that insulted eatjello. He apologizes and I apologize for his stupidity. I am not an admin, but if I were you I'd put your in game name in the post too, otherwise they won't know who to unban (if they unban you that is)

When I was banned, I had just joined the server and was playing my first round. I was on a roof that was accessible only by sapper built objects. I, in my mind had thought that since the sapper objects were not broken, that the roof would be considered (accessible) however I was wrong and instantly perm-banned. I am very sorry for the inconvenience that I have caused.
I was banned approximately 2 months ago at around 3PM Eastern Standard time

I humbly request an unban because I really enjoy playing on the server and it had become a daily ritual for me to play a bit here and there. I apologize for the disturbance I have caused and will be extra cautious of unreachable zones. Basics of a zombie Map:
At least 2 points of access for survivors and zombies to reach.
3 points of interest to encourage full map use.
Floating Skull is added by changing variable 1 to 1 and used to keep survivors out of zed spawn. (can also be made on fire by adding "fire large" scene prop on it).
Under or close to 300kb download size, delete all unnecessary bushes, trees, ect.
Game mode is under siege so a flag must be placed but not accessible to either side.
Barrier or block all points like rooftops not intended or balanced for use as sappers will build up to everything they can.

Currently 11 maps at the time of this message played 3 consecutive times with 15 being the projected final map list.
