Billy went offline one day in 2018. He always had sporadic attendance, so I didn't notice it at first. The days eventually became months. He randomly messaged me on February 27th, 2019. He explained he was in and out of jail for what I suspect were gang related activities. He was getting kicked out and would be homeless. That was the last time I spoke to him. Steam says he's been gone a year and 7 months now. He might have been involved in bad things but he always had a good heart. If he is out there I hope he is doing better.
