Name under which you were banned - idk it was like 4 years ago so probably Vortex

What was happening when you got banned- no clue was 4 years ago but prob tking
Did you break any other rules prior to your ban? (this may include any prior bans, or any other rules you were or were not punished for)- pretty sure it was the only time I was banned
