I like that method of ranks and what not but it's not super feasible in the current state of the community. People now a days would leave the regiment if they don't get the rank they want. If you limit how many people can be a certain rank, some people might feel discouraged that they will -never- get to the place they aspire to be and could become disheartened.

More companies can be made but with the requirement of more members, if everyone is at least a Sjt theres not really any point in ranks. this system combined with my point based system is probably my best attempt yet at balancing a fair and just way to ensure the most deserving members reach the highest ranks. That being said the system is not geared toward the "current state of the community" Im not really bothered by the shit tier culture of the community and never really have been. Always been an outsider when it comes to interacting with the other more notable members of the community. We're more trying to build our own community here, not really limited to NW but looking to the future with the games coming to this niche genre

Fair enough I suppose. Like I said, I like the system and what you've made personally from an organization and balancing standpoint. It looks really good and seems to flow well together. If it works for you guys, then it works for you guys.

Yeah, exactly, there was room to add more high rank positions when the reg grew, incentive to help it grow so they could potentially be promoted to those new positions with a new line/company. I like the limit on ranks too, don’t need 18 Sgts and 3 Ptes
