Rank Requirements

Private - Must Reach 15 Points; Must have attended at least 1 training

Lance Corporal - Must Reach 50 Promotion Points

Grenadier - Must beat the previous Gren in a first to 7 duel; If the Grenadier is promoted to Cpl another tournament will be held; The rank will hold the equivalent of Lance Corporal as far as promotion points, in the case of a private being promoted to grenadier they will be compensated the promotion points to put them at 50 points. Additionally if the Grenadier is beaten these points will be taken away and the member will return to the appropriate rank

Corporal - Must Reach 100 Points; Lead a round of a linebattle; Attend meeting with the Company Staff to determine eligibility; Must Have Open Slot

Serjeant - Must Reach 200 Points; Lead a training exercise; Attend meeting with the Company Staff to determine eligibility; Must Have Open Slot; Must Serve 1 month as Corporal

Colour Serjeant - Must Reach 320 Points; Attend meeting with the Company Staff to determine eligibility; Must Have Open Slot; Must Serve 1 month as Serjeant

Serjeant Major - Must Reach 400 Points; Attend meeting with the Company Staff to determine eligibility; Must Have Open Slot; Must Serve 1 month as Colour Serjeant

Ensign Must Reach 400 Points; Must be selected by regiment staff to be commisioned

Lieutenant Must be a Platoon Commander

Captain Must be a Company Commander

Major Must be the Battalion Executive Officer

Lieutenant Colonel Must be the Battalion Commanding Officer

The system is scale based according to how many companies are active. As of rn we have one company meaning there is only 4 Lance Corporal slots,  2 Corporal slots, 1 Sjt etc
