The only reason that I'm still playing is my regiment and the fact that there aren't many other melee-based games that can give thrill. When Bannerlord comes out I'm off though because I don't particularly like this forum.

Of course, I also think lines should be able to move in double rank without having emotional breakdowns.

What makes me go back to the game?

The fact that all the peasants out there need their daily dosage of My Lance to their face.
Poor peasants really do need it on a daily basis too.

The fact that everything in this game requires so much skill.

With me being a Infantry Player in MM for the famous 51st Regiment.
Got my Bayonet/Infantry skills from them.
And with me learning my Cavalry Skills from the FK and Brunswick.

Knowing so much about the two Unit Types in this game and yet I still learn new things, I still improve on all my skills in this game.

I don't know it's hard to explain. All around great game, good break from the also very addictive FPS Games out there.
5arge, not a God damn idiot.

The melee is definitly the main reason I play this game so much. It has its faults, but all in all it's still very much about skill and tactical play and thats why I forgive the mistakes.

I also like being part of a regiment, participating in its events and reaching my goals within the game or the regiment.

Another big plus, was tournaments hosted mainly by Hekko. Sadly this positive point has gone and noone seems to be willing to put in the hard work, Hekko had put into this communtiy. Perhaps sooner or later someone else will decide to take up the organising of a GF tournament or NWEC or something of that sort, since I do think lots of the big fans miss it, including myself.

The melee is the main reason.

Easy to Learn, Difficult to Master.

Because it requires teamwork. Would never have put so much time in the game if it wasn't for the 92nd and other parts of the community.

I'll always be sympathetic to your plight, Rackio. Probably not enough to act, but enough to care.

Well because first it has the best community and its not every 12 year old for themselves like CoD and Halo. Second because its probably the best video game that is based on something interesting and real.
And it will stay this was because the 12 year olds don't have the patience for a game like NW which is simply amazing!
