Should Marijuana be legal?

Hmm it does have a revolting smell and taste so yeah i wouldnt want it being smoked just in the street or normal bars/pubs but in special cafes as in Amsterdam i see no reason why it should be illegal. Heck its another thing the government can tax so they will certainly learn to love it

I love the smell of weed, but maybe that's just an acquired taste. Anyway, in NYC you can pretty much get away with smoking anywhere. I've smoked on Wall Street for fucks sake and absolutely nobody cared. We maybe got a couple strange looks, but nobody did anything about it.

Even if I'm against people using Marijuana, Why not? If they make special areas and teach the Youth of the Dangers of using it then go ahead as long as it isn't near Mall,Parks,Houses and such ^^

I would say it's okay to smoke inside the House, I meant our yards of others and such. In Parks? No. Several young children play around there and I know many parents that avoid smokers when they go with their children. If it was up to me I would prefer the world to stop abusing these things and use them for actual medical usage instead of abusing it and wreaking your body so you may feel the "thrill" the brain does, but...People won't stop and in no rights can we force them.

I was mainly talking about smoking in large parks, like Prospect Park or Central park, which are both very close to my house. Obviously not many people can have access to parks like this, and yes, I agree with you that smoking in small neighborhood parks isn't the best thing to do. I've tried smoking in a playground before and I felt pretty guilty. I wouldn't do it again. Now state and nation parks, holy shit I would do that all the time. Nothing beats lighting up with your buddies to explore the wilderness and enjoy the day.

I disagree that recreational use of Marijuana should be discontinued, and I think you would too if you had tried it before. The main people who oppose marijuana are the ones who have never tried it and who are relatively ignorant about the substance besides what they heard from their parents and saw on tv.
