Isn't that supposed to be unobtainable?

Well, time traveling is a bit of a hassle, but I suppose it should be possible to displace your own person into an Age passed.

I believe that when the Pattern is weakened enough, the Thread that makes up your life can be spun into a different Age then the Age you're currently in. Of course such things would require a tremendous amount of saidar and saidin so you'd need some pretty powerfull Ter'angreal to even get close to dislocating your Thread. And after that you have to get your Thread to the Age you want to go to, which would probably mean that'd you'd have to get the Wheel to move in the opposite direction. So you'd have to be the Creator or some sort to be able to hold enough power.

Now, traveling to a point earlier in time inside the same Age is easier. Since Traveling is done by punching a hole in the patern you should be able to bend your Thread onto itself in a similar manner and create a loop in where you can reweave part of the Pattern from where you wish.

Walk in the light. Always.

You forgot to put in the Time Crystals.
