well.. somewhere is an updated Version of the L´Aigle Reskin for Napoleonic Wars.. but dont ask me how you can find that.

32nd of all regiments were the ones who made it and it got leaked by I wonder who... Not saying you're welcome or anything they most likely made the newest one or it's some lone ranger.

Go to steam > mount and blade community > screenshots and search by most recent from there you can see all the newest content people post wait till 7pm EU time as that's when linebattles end and they'll be posting screenshots of their sick reg once you see someone with a laigle conversion add him and ask him nicely for a link.

The easiest way to change some textures of your game is to simply copy and paste some from a mod. Stuff like terrain are easy to do or animations. Just make sure you backup your game files.
Tho from my knowledge you cant post a download link of your textured anywhere because you dont own it nor created them.
