Why is it suddenly a problem to have yet another multinational team? It wasn't before and there's no good reason for it to be now.

To the Wales stuff: Ketchup, as long as your roster still doesnt have more than 9 men (you need 10min) you can spamm as much as you want, but there still wont be a team wales.

And yes the nordic countries will probably be allowed a coalition.

"Pls dont argue too much over this" is a funny way to say you don't have much to back your position. Let them form their CIS team and play the game. Otherwise you will have 2 semi packed teams that will delay matches/rounds until they have enough people, granted they will have them at all. From past experience, separating those teams will cause one to have no people to even sign up, and the other one will have people spread across a dozen timezones, which makes it impossible to manage. If you want national teams, how do you plan to account for countries that are multinational to begin with? This is all stupid e-drama for the sake of e-drama.

CCCP name idea is really retarded. Same like Germans would decide to create, name their team  IIIrd Reich.

Currently working on this one -basically still a sketch right now.  Does anyone know some tips how to draw the creases at the arm (as it is bent) properly?

Anyone? 

Start with general shapes, your proportions are off, as Thundersnow said, better go to the TW thread, it's not as dead and\or shit.
As for the creases, they go along with wherever the tension goes; generally in a bent arm it's 2 or 3 types of them: direct thrust, compression and one more I think, can't remember. Look up some images for reference or make your own.

Thanks! Use OpenBRF to extract meshes that you need, import them into their respective brf's, replace and/or combine textures if needed, and that should do it.

Rokka no Yuusha (Braves of the Six Flowers) is so good, like Holy SHIT. It's not that popular in this Summer anime season it sickens me..!

I picked up on Rokka no Yuusha last night from where I left off on episode 2. I binged watched that thing till about 1am. The series took a huge turn and went for a mystery instead of the main plot of heroes on a quest. Can't wait till season 2. If you like heart racing detective like cases and false accusations, definitely recommend checking it out.

It's not likely to get season 2 it seems, shit sales.
The biggest downside was that the plot is too dependant on presumption of guilt, it's irritating.

What are people looking forward to for fall 2015? My .txt file for chinese cartoons has only one entry and it's Heavy Object. Maybe I'll check out Subete ga F ni Naru: The Perfect Insider, the MC Escher art caught my eye.

Are there any good anime similar to The Heroic Legend of Arslan?

I hear Berserk is a classic.
