Of course, it is known for TP server admins to purposefully try to hack their own server.

Two questions:
a) how seriously has Betty taken his little enterprise, with her 143 CD keys and multiple accounts
b) how dull and miserable is his life for him to concentrate so much on some random dying mod with such a small playerbase left anyway...

This might sound crazy, but I wonder what would happen if everyone just ignored him. Banning him on sight could stop unless him actually broke the rules or did something harmful to a server or playerbase.

Maybe I don't understand her, or what he's capable of, but feeding the troll is not a good idea, just saying...

I rather make progress by IP and ID banning him/her rather than being under their mercy and letting  them do what they want.
