I am really dubious about that video Painmace. That guy's not exactly winning me over with his sources. Apparently there's a fair bit of controversy around that WW2 firing rate source and how that data was gathered. He also says that when the prussian line fired at the sheet they scored a near 100% hit rate (they didn't) with no mention of range. In a combat situation he says they cause 5 kills, I think he's confused because that number is actually a percentage, ~5% casulaties at 60 yards, not 5 kills.
