People's History Podcast [Life of Napoleon]
« on: December 16, 2014, 02:28:55 am »
I've been planning to do this for awhile and I would like to share it with you baes. Should be availiable on iTunes for download soon (free obviously). In the meantime, its on podomatic. If you enjoy it, feel free to like the Facebook page.

Currently, we are covering the Spartacus War.
Feel free to post ideas for future subject matter
Criteria:
1) Bloody
2) Relatively well-sourced
3) Chaotic

https://www.facebook.com/peopleshistorypodcast

P.S. By no means a pro historian or podcaster, hope to refine all skills as the show goes on.

P.S.S. This isn't just a shameless self-promotion, its made to be a forum for constructive criticisms and what you, the listener, actually wants to hear about.

Instead of finishing up the Spartacus revolt, I took a BREAK and talked about which of the 3 battles/sieges (Stalingrad, Berlin, and Rome in 410 AD) is the most dramatic event:

Arminius/Dennis Bergkamp/Tristan Bouvier/J.P. ...

All my life I’ve been fearful of defeat. But now that it has come it’s not near as terrible as I’d expected. The sun still shines, water still tastes good…glory is all well and good but life is enough, nay?

Shameless double post, but I wanted to add that topics on the subject of the early forms of anarchism are immensely interesting.
