Fitness General/Discussion - What are your goals?

I'm currently working on getting ready for the fitness tests you need to pass if you want to become an officer  ::)

Just because you don't get "fat" doesn't mean you shouldn't lift. In fact, I suggest trying to build muscle.

I jog now for 11 years jogging 5 times a week in the evening.

Doing Thai Box now for 11 years.

My goal was to do a split. I have reached my goal. Was painfull at first but now it goes better and better.

My current goal is now doing flying kicks. I mastered the 540 but I wanna do these flips like these real movie stars.
