Only so far one candidate in the EU has interested me, we need more people who want to encourage more people to communicate with others in a non shitfest way, new players and quiet players to come and talk on the forum and see the community as something to be a part of not to avoid. If new players or less known players who avoid the forum because of what people say about it on in game servers or see little they can engage in then whoever is community representative is failing and it isn't just trolls that are preventing that.
As someone who isn't as known on FSE but knows the players from running/admining servers as well as engaging with regiments, I want a representative who is going to be approachable, is going to approach others and cares that FSE isn't positively seen in the community and I mean by players on NW in the very servers that still keep the game ticking, not just people who use FSE. That representative should want to find out why people think what they do and what can be done to improve their opinion and what they feel would make FSE a place they would be apart of.
If all a nominee can list is 'stop trolls' and 'add more mods' then clearly they can not see past their nose and don't have the community in their mind or heart.
